We are an innovative fitness company that guarantees you can gain muscle and lose body fat in 2, 20 minutes sessions per week. Our mission is to give people the two things they value most, time and health. Unlike the traditional gyms, our machines track how much weight and how many reps each member completes on each machine. This is used to guide future workouts and to ensure we are engaging in progressive overload training; which means we are slightly improving the reps or weight from each workout. Members will have access to the results once their workout is complete by using our app.
